Procurement Professional Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Professional to join our team. As a key member of the procurement department, you will be responsible for sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to meet business needs.

  • Sourcing and Negotiation: Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices and terms.
  • Vendor Management: Evaluate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure continuous supply chain efficiency.
  • Order Processing: Handle purchase orders and manage inventory tracking to minimize delays and maximize productivity.
  • Accounts Management: Assist with invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years in procurement or related field.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Australian industry practices is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of financial software, ERP systems, and procurement tools.
  • Organizational Abilities: Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
