Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, building relationships with them, and guiding them through the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and research potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and online research.
  • Engage with leads to determine their needs, budget, and purchase intent, and qualify them based on predefined criteria.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to potential leads.
  • Record and maintain accurate lead information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with potential leads to nurture their interest and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Cordinate with the sales team to transition qualified leads for further engagement, providing comprehensive information and context.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other lead generation tools.
