  6. Continuously refine and improve the lead generation process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Experience in lead generation, prospect research, or sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  2. Strong research skills to efficiently gather and verify key contact information.
  3. Proficiency in LinkedIn and email outreach, including crafting effective messages that generate interest and engagement.
  4. Self-motivated and results-driven individual with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles.
  6. Familiarity with CRM tools and databases.
