Lead Generation Marketing Specialist


Role Overview:

We're seeking an experienced lead generation marketing specialist to join our performance marketing agency.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective lead generation strategies across various digital channels.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Launch, manage, and scale campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager to generate high-quality leads for real estate funnels.
  • Optimize campaigns daily to hit lead and revenue targets by analyzing campaign performance metrics, such as CPL, MQL, SQL, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and copywriting teams, to brief and test high-converting ads that drive results.
  • Monitor funnel performance metrics (Leads → MQL → SQL → Sales) to identify areas for improvement and optimize the lead generation process.
  • Report weekly with insights on campaign performance, highlighting successes and areas for growth.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in performance marketing & lead generation, with a strong track record of delivering results-driven campaigns.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
