Job Title: Child Sponsorship Support Office Engagement Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Child Sponsorship Support Office Engagement Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of effective sponsorship engagement strategies that drive meaningful connections between sponsors and beneficiaries.

  • This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in marketing, communications, or customer experience development, who are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of vulnerable children.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of sponsorship engagement strategies that drive meaningful connections between sponsors and beneficiaries.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, publishing, marketing, product development, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing, communications, journalism, project management, product, or customer experience development.
  • Proven creative acumen, with coaching or peer training experience a benefit.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills, with additional languages an asset.
  • Familiarity with child sponsorship and development programming, preferably with World Vision.
