Overview

The Marketing Manager designs, develops, implements, and monitors advertising and marketing strategies/initiatives that increase customer traffic and sales based on comprehensive marketing research and understanding of the mall's customer base. They use creativity in building interest in consumers by employing marketing techniques through various types of media. These are but not limited to the mall's events and advertising campaigns; implementation of system-wide requirements for promotions, activations and management activities; and sponsorships.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive customer traffic and sales.
  • Conduct comprehensive marketing research to understand the mall's customer base and tailor strategies accordingly.
  • Leverage creativity to build consumer interest across multiple media types, including mall events, advertising campaigns, promotions, activations, and sponsorships.
  • Implement system-wide requirements for promotions, activations, management activities, and sponsorships.
QualificationsEducational Requirements
  • Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communication Arts or any 4-year related course.
Experience Requirements
  • 8 years of experience in a marketing function covering brand management, project management, advertising, promotion, market research, media, marketing communications, events management, and retail marketing.
Work Location
  • Willing to be assigned in SM City Telabastagan or San Fernando Downtown.
