The role of Remote Assistant Worker is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a full-time administrative professional. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients by capturing key points during live or recorded calls, organizing daily call lists and agendas, managing meeting schedules, compiling insightful reports on key metrics and performance indicators, keeping virtual files organized and accessible, and efficiently managing email correspondence, calendar appointments, and other operational tasks.
To excel in this role, you'll need to possess strong relationship skills, a proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. You'll also need to have a reliable computer setup with an Intel Core i3 (6th-12th gen), i5, i7, or AMD equivalent, a Windows or Mac operating system, and a 10 Mbps DSL/Fiber Internet connection.
