Job Overview

The role of Marketing Operations & Analytics Specialist plays a pivotal part in driving company growth through high-performing paid campaigns and data-driven marketing strategies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish and optimize automated marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and maximize conversion rates.
  • Manage lead-nurturing workflows and customer journey optimization to enhance campaign performance.
  • Create seamless integrations between marketing channels to support multi-touch attribution and campaign scaling.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute high-ROI automation strategies that accelerate growth.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Improvements in campaign metrics like conversion rates and lead quality scores.
  • Support growth targets through optimized automation and attribution.
  • Execute setups and optimizations with speed and precision.
  • Build systems that deliver high-quality leads and support revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Data Science, or related fields.
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation and/or web analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot for campaign management and lead nurturing, Google Analytics and campaign tracking, and marketing automation platforms for workflow optimization.
