We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Web Marketing & Analytics Specialist to drive performance across paid campaigns, SEO, and data tracking.
This is a long-term role with real autonomy and ownership, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on our product and design teams.
Job Description:As a Web Marketing & Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, maintaining proper event tracking with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4, building and maintaining cross-platform Looker Studio dashboards, and performing SEO audits and keyword tracking using SEMrush or similar tools.
You will also be responsible for monitoring organic visibility and proposing content/technical improvements, running competitive analysis (paid + organic) and reporting actionable insights, and working closely with developers and designers to align strategy and implementation.
Required Skills:- Solid experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (Business Manager)
- Expert in Google Tag Manager (custom containers, ecommerce tracking)
- Strong command of Google Analytics 4
- Proficient with Looker Studio
- Hands-on experience with SEMrush (or similar tools: Ahrefs, Moz, etc.)
- Able to synthesize data into clear reports and recommendations
- Fluent in English; autonomous and reliable
- 100% remote, long-term position
- Lean team with strong technical and design collaboration
- Space to propose strategies and implement them
