Project Manager Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating project activities from conception to delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Team Management: Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and motivating team members to achieve project goals.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring business continuity.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, with a minimum of 5 years of related PM experience.
  • eCommerce Platform Expertise: Demonstrated understanding of various eCommerce platforms, ERP systems, Warehouse Management Systems, Database systems, and reporting platforms.
  • Product Documentation: Proven ability to document product requirements with sufficient knowledge, detail, and clarity for technical teams.
  • Requirements Analysis: Strong experience performing thorough requirements analysis through independent research and testing methodologies.
  • Project Management Tools: Expertise in utilizing modern Project Management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
  • Methodology Acumen: Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, Kanban, GAP Analysis, SWOT Analysis, and other relevant project methodologies.
