Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to spearhead our wholesale strategy, drive international growth, and forge long-lasting relationships with top-tier retail partners.

Responsibilities
  • Global Wholesale Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive global wholesale sales strategy, encompassing market expansion, account acquisition, and revenue growth targets.
  • Buyer Relations: Nurture relationships with key buyers, department stores, specialty boutiques, and luxury retail partners worldwide, ensuring seamless collaboration and mutual benefit.
  • Brand Representation: Represent the brand at international trade shows, market weeks, showrooms, and private appointments, showcasing products and sharing insights with key stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including design, merchandising, and marketing, to align seasonal collections with market demand and commercial strategy, driving business results.
  • Market Insights: Provide valuable feedback on product performance, regional trends, and market dynamics, informing collection development and driving business decisions.
  • Negotiations: Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with wholesale partners, ensuring alignment with brand standards and operational capabilities.
  • Performance Metrics: Forecast sales, manage budgets, and monitor KPIs to meet or exceed targets, demonstrating accountability and drive.
  • New Market Development: Identify and secure new opportunities in emerging or underdeveloped markets while maintaining high standards of brand placement and reputation.
  • Sales Enablement: Lead sales presentations, training, and materials for external partners and internal stakeholders, empowering them to effectively represent the brand and drive sales.
  • Brand Compliance: Ensure compliance with brand positioning and visual merchandising guidelines across all wholesale accounts, upholding the brand's image and integrity.
