Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid efforts with broader marketing goals.
  • Develop effective ad copy aligned with brand voice and optimized for performance.
  • Monitor campaign pacing and daily spend to ensure efficient use of funds.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in search marketing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in paid search campaign management, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and campaign management tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive ROI-positive results.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Looker Studio, etc.).
  • Google Ads Certification is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
