Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and innovative Digital Growth Specialist to support the data-driven marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in digital marketing, technical proficiency, and a strategic mindset geared toward measurable growth.

Agency experience is considered a significant advantage.

Key Competencies and Technical Expertise


•
Technical Proficiency

Familiarity with UI/UX design principles, including user-centered design, wireframing, and usability testing, is highly desirable.


•
Web Analytics

Proficient in identifying and interpreting key performance indicators from complex datasets. Experience with platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Hotjar is a plus.


•
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising

Skilled in the setup and optimization of advertising campaigns on Google and Facebook. Prior experience with programmatic advertising and other platforms is considered advantageous.


•
Marketing Automation

Comprehensive understanding of marketing technology stacks, including implementation, integration, and optimization of automation tools.


•
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Proven capability in improving website visibility and rankings through effective SEO practices.


•
Content Marketing

Experience in developing or contributing to successful content marketing strategies and distribution plans.

Additional Qualifications

Candidates must possess expertise in at least two of the following areas:

Project Management

Ability to coordinate teams, manage project timelines, and produce detailed progress reports.


•
Communication Skills

Fluency in English and proficiency in both verbal and written communication with internal teams and external clients.

• Deep understanding of growth hacking methodologies, including the identification of key metrics, pain points, and opportunities for business expansion.


• Familiarity with digital marketing frameworks such as AARRR (Acquisition, Activation, Retention,Referral, Revenue) and funnel optimization.

Responsibilities


• Design and implement innovative strategies to drive significant growth.


• Develop and oversee comprehensive growth marketing strategies.


• Conduct conversion rate optimization, website performance enhancements, and lead generation initiatives.


• Execute high-performing outbound and outreach campaigns.


• Manage and optimize SEO and PPC campaigns.


• Derive actionable insights by synthesizing data from multiple sources.
