Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Media Growth Strategist to drive guided GMV growth through targeted performance marketing efforts.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement personalized and segmented marketing approaches to enhance media efficiency.
  • Ensure accuracy of media documents and reports.
  • Optimize team efficiency together with the Head of Media.
  • Manage complex data pools and transform them into actionable insights.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, Communications, or Marketing Management.
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital media planning, including site direct, paid search, and paid social.
  • Experience in CPAs is required.
  • Onsite platform solutions expertise (Shopee, Lazada).
  • Previous experience trafficking digital media campaigns, ad operations background, or solid understanding of technical digital media setup.
  • Expertly synthesize complex digital strategies and optimizations into digestible insights.
  • Ability to transform business numbers into actionable digital media strategy.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • TikTok Ads management experience preferable.
  • Ad operations experience preferable.

The ideal candidate will be able to mentor Performance Marketing Associates and Specialists on career development plans, drive traffic growth through optimized digital media initiatives and ensure timely delivery of internal and external stakeholder requests.
