Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive the growth of our Sports Casual App on Apple and Android.

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic marketing team and will need to work on the development of customer acquisition strategies, optimizing and expanding paid channel mixes and improving conversion across funnels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize customer acquisition efforts across digital channels (Facebook, Google, Ad Network) to maximize install, registration, first deposit and reach growth targets.
  • Manage digital marketing agencies operating in paid ads like search, keywords, UAC campaign optimization on Facebook and Google.
  • Track KPIs and provide reports and performance analysis.
  • Initiate and implement improvements and creative solutions to increase campaigns activity.
  • Execute sports seasonal campaigns in co-work with Branding team.
  • Setup, analyze and report A/B tests to meet and exceed KPIs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2 - 3 years online marketing experience in digital performance marketing; understanding trends in Facebook and Google marketing.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Proficiency in Facebook & Google, Programmatic, Native, & SDK User Acquisition Channels.
  • Pro-active, charismatic, professional, multi-tasking, motivated, organized and responsible with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in analytics tools like AppsFlyer or Adjust.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, client-focused environment.
