Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and innovative Digital Growth Specialist to support the data-driven marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in digital marketing, technical proficiency, and a strategic mindset geared toward measurable growth.

Key Competencies and Technical Expertise
  • Technical Proficiency – Familiarity with UI/UX design principles, including user-centered design, wireframing, and usability testing, is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in identifying and interpreting KPIs from complex datasets. Experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Hotjar is a plus.
  • Skilled in the setup and optimization of advertising campaigns on Google and Facebook. Prior experience with programmatic advertising and other platforms is advantageous.
  • Comprehensive understanding of marketing technology stacks, including implementation, integration, and optimization of automation tools.
  • Proven capability in improving website visibility and rankings through effective SEO practices.
  • Experience in developing or contributing to successful content marketing strategies and distribution plans.
Additional Qualifications

Candidates must possess expertise in:

  • Ability to coordinate teams, manage project timelines, and produce detailed progress reports.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in both verbal and written communication with internal teams and external clients.

  • Deep understanding of growth hacking methodologies, including identifying key metrics, pain points, and opportunities for business expansion.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing frameworks such as AARRR (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue) and funnel optimization.
Responsibilities
  • Design and implement innovative strategies to drive significant growth.
  • Develop and oversee comprehensive growth marketing strategies.
  • Conduct conversion rate optimization, website performance enhancements, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Execute high-performing outbound and outreach campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize SEO and PPC campaigns.
  • Derive actionable insights by synthesizing data from multiple sources.
