
Administrative Facilities Coordinator

The goal of a Facilities Officer is to create an environment where employees can perform their duties efficiently and safely. This role requires someone who can maintain order, manage supplies, and ensure the workplace adheres to all protocols.
Responsibilities:- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the office space
- Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment
- Generate reports on supply requisitions and costs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement
- Process incoming deliveries of equipment and supplies
- Collaborate with financial analysts to verify invoices and payments
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or Facilities Management
- At least one year of experience in administration, facilities management, hospitality, design, or architecture
- Able to motivate and lead a team of housekeeping and security staff
- Experience as a safety officer is beneficial
- Willingness to work flexible hours
