Marketing Assistant Job Description

This is a key role within our organization, responsible for assisting in the development and execution of marketing plans, campaigns, and promotions tailored to our brand.

  • We are seeking an individual who can assist in the planning and coordination of events, such as in-store events, birthday parties, and themed activities for children and families.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and managing engaging social media content, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
  • We require someone who can conduct market research and competitor monitoring relevant to family entertainment and leisure activities, as well as prepare reports on promotional activities, event outcomes, and marketing performance.
  • The successful applicant will also be able to collaborate with suppliers, agencies, and partners to fulfill marketing requirements, as well as perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least one year of marketing, promotions, or events experience, preferably in the leisure, retail, or entertainment industry.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • A willingness to work weekends, holidays, and operational mall hours.
