Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned accountant to join our team in a key role that involves supporting international finance operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review, and coordinate local statutory financial statements for international subsidiaries in partnership with external accounting firms.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of financial statements and other reports in accordance with local laws and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with local regulations while maintaining alignment with U.S. GAAP.
  • Support statutory and tax audits, including documentation gathering, auditor inquiries, and finding resolution.
  • Liaise with local finance teams, shared services, and external providers to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Maintain a compliance calendar and execute statutory deliverables globally.
  • Research evolving regulatory requirements and recommend process or policy updates as needed.
  • Assist with transfer pricing documentation, legal entity rationalization, and other international finance projects as required.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline compliance activities and strengthen internal controls.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
  • 5–7+ years of experience in accounting, including at least 2–3 years focused on international reporting or compliance
  • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and IFRS, with working knowledge of local statutory requirements
  • Experience working in a global, multi-entity environment
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Workday)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to collaborate across time zones and cultures
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under deadlines in dynamic environments
