Job Summary

This role involves the review, validation and monitoring of exceptions within our reporting system with a deep understanding of current regulatory requirements.

  • Responsibilities include performing reviews of account maintenance changes, reviewing and monitoring exceptions filed by branches, reviewing and disposing of incoming telegraphic transfers and handling high risk exceptions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform Reviews of Account Maintenance Changes
  • Review and Monitoring of Exceptions filed by the Branches
  • Review, Disposition of Incoming Telegraphic Transfers (ITTs)
  • Handling and Call Outs of return to sender Time Deposit Statement of Accounts
  • Handling of High Risk Exceptions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a team player who can work efficiently and achieve goals in a timely manner. You must also have at least 2 years of experience in branch banking operations and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Must have initiative to stay determined in their work, working multiple tasks at their own pace while staying efficient and achieving goals in a timely manner, with the ability to be organized in their workplace and outputs.
  • Experience in Branch Banking Operations is necessary for this position.
  • Branch Operations or Service Officers of other banks are eligible to apply for this position.
