Key Responsibilities:

Candidates in this role are responsible for overseeing multiple activities within our organization, including assessment and design, risk management, compliance, and governance reporting. They must ensure effective end-to-end oversight, design, implementation, and execution of controls.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the assessment of existing controls to identify areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Driving and managing controls enhancements focused on increasing efficiency and reducing risk.
  • Assisting in the execution of our Enterprise Risk Management Framework and adherence with Risk Management and Compliance Policies.
  • Supporting the oversight of our MCA program, including quality oversight and related reporting.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop comprehensive corrective action plans to address identified control gaps or failures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Candidates should possess a strong understanding of operational risk management, compliance, audit, and control-related functions in the financial services industry. They should also have excellent analytical skills to evaluate complex risk and control activities and processes.

Additionally, candidates should be able to:

  • Identify, measure, and manage key risks and controls.
  • Develop and execute controls effectively.
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage at a senior management level.
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
