Job Description
- This is a non-supervisory role, but you will be responsible for maintaining a neat appearance of the reception area, conference rooms, and common areas.
- You will also be responsible for requesting building and housekeeping services as needed and periodically inspecting equipment to ensure good operating condition.
- Maintaining files and records, including transportation sources, accommodations, and referral contacts, is also an important aspect of this role.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior experience in front desk, concierge, or customer service roles is preferred.
- You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.
