Job Purpose:
This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization's total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, recognition, and wellness initiatives. The goal is to ensure that total rewards strategies align with the company's objectives, support employee engagement, and attract and retain top talent.
Responsibilities include developing and maintaining competitive compensation structures and salary ranges, conducting annual salary benchmarking and market analysis, overseeing the annual salary review process, and ensuring internal equity and compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
In addition, this role involves designing and managing comprehensive benefits programs, negotiating with benefits providers, communicating benefits programs and changes to employees, and ensuring compliance with all benefits-related legal requirements and regulations.
The Total Rewards Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing employee recognition programs, managing the administration of reward programs, monitoring the effectiveness of recognition programs, utilizing HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of total rewards programs, and providing regular reports and insights to senior management on compensation, benefits, and other total rewards metrics.
This role requires strategic thinking, ability to align total rewards with organizational goals, strong negotiation skills, high level of integrity and confidentiality, attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certification is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Skills: Strategic thinking, ability to align total rewards with organizational goals, strong negotiation skills, high level of integrity and confidentiality, attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
