Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused representative to serve as the voice of our partner brands in the skilled trades.

Job Description:

This role is responsible for handling inbound calls, emails, and chat support with professionalism and urgency. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate clearly and confidently, book service appointments accurately and efficiently, input customer details and service notes into CRM and scheduling platforms, provide clear information regarding services, pricing, and expectations, follow up on scheduled services and pending customer issues, and identify when to escalate issues to supervisors or technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound calls, emails, and chat support with professionalism and urgency
  • Book service appointments accurately and efficiently while coordinating with dispatch teams
  • Input customer details and service notes into CRM and scheduling platforms
  • Provide clear information regarding services, pricing, and expectations
  • Follow up on scheduled services and pending customer issues
  • Identify when to escalate issues to supervisors or technical teams
Requirements:
