Job OverviewThis is a unique opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Customer Support Consultant in the crypto industry.
As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support via chats and emails.
Our ideal candidate will have native Dutch and English B2 communication skills, at least 6 months of experience in a customer support role, and personal or professional experience in trading/investments/blockchain.
You will also need to have experience providing support via live chats, working with CRM systems, and possessing analytical and research skills.
A positive and responsible attitude is essential, as well as a personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload).
Experience in technical support is a great plus.
