Job Title

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage 3+ years of leadership experience in customer service to drive team performance and success.
  • Maintain expertise in e-commerce customer service, preferably with Shopify, BigCommerce, or Amazon experience.
  • Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarize yourself with support tools like G Suite, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or Gorgias.
  • Manage KPIs, attendance, and performance with precision.
  • Cultivate regular team coaching, one-on-one mentoring, and performance reviews.
  • Evaluate team well-being and provide support when needed.
  • Analyze performance reports to inform data-driven decisions.
Your Day-to-Day
  • Lead and monitor agent performance to ensure consistent KPI achievement.
  • Conduct coaching sessions and offer personalized guidance to help team members thrive.
  • Evaluate bi-annual performance and recommend opportunities for growth, promotions, or recognition.
  • Foster a positive, supportive, and high-performance culture.
About the Role

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, in the US PST Time Zone.
