Our organization specializes in world-leading software for WordPress that helps customers to backup, restore, clone, secure and optimize their websites. We are a rapidly expanding team of developers with a strong reputation in the WordPress ecosystem. We are seeking self-motivated entrepreneurs to join our innovative team and help us build new solutions while continuing to support our products.
Location: Remote
Work Arrangement: Flexible
- Engage with customers, lapsed customers, non-customers and competitors to understand their problems
- Develop innovative ideas on how our products can solve these problems or create new features to achieve the same goal
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to bring ideas to life with working prototypes
- Lead a team of developers to see ideas become reality
This role involves ensuring the future success of the business. Product Leads will have the flexibility to run their products like a business within the wider organization.
Responsibilities (continued)- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to stakeholders and team members
- Collaborate with Development and UI/UX teams to create product roadmaps and prioritize features
- Conduct customer interviews to identify needs and market trends that inform product decisions
- Develop detailed product requirements and specifications to guide development
- Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to iterate and improve products
- Coordinate product launch activities including marketing strategies and training for sales teams
- Act as liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Experience in WordPress and eCommerce is essential
- WooCommerce experience would be highly beneficial
- Proven ability to communicate well in both written and spoken English
- Ample experience in related roles
- Ability to learn new product ecosystems quickly
- Ability to lead under pressure and inspire agility in the team
- Exceptional analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with product management tools and methodologies
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Creative and entrepreneurial flair to think laterally about products and solutions
