Lead Ecommerce Growth Strategist

This role is responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic plans to drive ecommerce growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business strategy, and team leadership.

The successful applicant will be able to merge finance and marketing sides of a business to build a forecasted strategy to help the business achieve its goals. This involves achieving certification and confidence in our ideology by the end of training, precise execution of the Prophet system for top-quality client results, delivering high-accuracy performance within a 5% delta across the Prophet system's Growth Map and Statlas, and collaborating with teams to optimize productivity and maintain high-performance standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining daily alignment with client vs forecast and strategy.
  • Executing Prophet system to 100% within required timelines.
  • Delivering all work on schedule with optimal quality and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and emotional intelligence, with the ability to communicate persuasively and present ideas clearly to stakeholders. A strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical tools such as Google Sheets is also essential.

Other key qualifications include broad experience across domains (math, data analytics, operations, retail, finance, media buying, etc.) that adds value, structured thinking to solve complex problems, and passion for e-commerce and contributing to a high-performing team.
