Dynamic Paid Social Media Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paid Social Media Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for performance marketing and a drive to excel in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in executing paid social campaigns across various platforms, including Meta/Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and Snapchat. They will be responsible for setting up and managing campaigns, conducting daily checks, and optimizing performance to meet specific KPIs and budgets.

Our ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing terminologies, as well as experience with budget management across campaigns. They will be proactive problem solvers, adept at project management, and proficient in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis.

Key responsibilities:

  • Setup and manage paid social campaigns across various platforms
  • Conduct daily checks and optimize campaign performance to meet specific KPIs and budgets
  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop strategies and provide insights
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution
  • Participate in meetings and offer regular reports and updates on campaign performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in Meta/Facebook Ads, with any other platform a plus
  • Prior in-house experience in the ecommerce realm
  • Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Magento, Big Commerce
  • Solid grasp of ecommerce and digital marketing terminologies
  • Basic experience with budget management across campaigns
  • Proactive problem-solving aptitude paired with effective project management skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis
