We are seeking a highly skilled and tech-savvy candidate to fill the role of an AI-Enhanced Virtual Assistant.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage AI tools to automate business operations
  • Support AI-driven systems for member retention, curriculum tracking, staff scheduling optimization, 24/7 sales management, performance dashboards, cultural feedback, and exit intelligence
  • Manage calendars, schedules, email inboxes, digital files, and documents
  • Draft and respond to internal and external communications, create meeting recaps, and manage team notifications
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative/support role
  • Highly tech-savvy with hands-on experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, Jasper, and GrammarlyGO
  • Familiarity with automation platforms like Zapier or Airtable to streamline tasks
  • Proficient with productivity and communication tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, and Zoom
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and quick to learn new technologies
  • Has coaching and consultative experience in a similar role
  • Preferred leadership experience
