About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled image retoucher to enhance and perfect visual content using both AI tools and traditional photo editing techniques.

Your role will involve collaborating closely with photographers, designers, and other teams to ensure every image meets brand standards while maintaining efficiency.

Your ideal skills include a deep understanding of AI editing software, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to solve creative retouching challenges on a deadline.

  • Visual Enhancement: Use AI-powered tools to retouch, enhance, and manipulate product and lifestyle imagery.
  • Color Consistency: Ensure accurate color matching, lighting balance, and visual consistency across campaigns and product lines.
  • Workflow Optimization: Develop and refine AI retouching workflows to improve turnaround time without sacrificing quality.
  • Complex Edits: Remove backgrounds, clean up imperfections, extend canvases, replace elements, and adjust compositions using a mix of AI and manual techniques.
  • Collaboration: Partner with photographers, stylists, and designers to maintain a consistent brand aesthetic.
  • Quality Assurance: Review final outputs for accuracy, realism, and brand alignment before delivery.
  • Asset Management: Organize, name, and store edited files according to established naming conventions and digital asset management protocols.
About You
  • Experience: 3+ years in photo retouching or image editing, preferably in an e-commerce, fashion, beauty, or creative agency setting.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom.
    • Strong knowledge of AI-assisted editing tools and plugins.
    • Familiarity with DAM (Digital Asset Management) systems.
  • Creative Skills:
    • Keen eye for color, composition, and detail.
    • Ability to achieve natural and realistic retouching results.
    • Understanding of brand visual identity and how to maintain it.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
    • Organized and detail-oriented.
