We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Support Coordinator I to join our team in Manila or Iloilo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for fulfilling orders, processing orders, and overseeing related activities of third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fulfills orders, including order entry, administration, and shipping.
  • Processes orders and oversees related activities of third-party vendors to ensure orders flow effectively through systems and processes in accordance with customer service standards.
  • Develops capacity plans to support build-to-stock and/or build-to-order environments.
  • Ensures adequate inventory levels are maintained to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost.
  • Prepares and maintains volume and demand planning analyses and supply and production schedules based on internal and external information to establish and effectively manage an order backlog.
  • Identifies problems and relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures, and makes sound decisions.
  • Assists in on-the-job training for new associates, as required.
  • Attends virtual calls and meetings as required by management and operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree holder or completed at least 2 years level in college (no back subjects/incomplete units).
  • Typing speed of 45 wpm.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office).
  • Possess a sense of urgency while being able to focus and pay attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and learn quickly in a production-based environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Good English reading comprehension.
  • Must be located either in Manila or Iloilo.
  • Must have been in current role for at least 1 year.
  • Must not have received any disciplinary action within the past 12 months.
  • Must not be enrolled in any Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) for the last 12 months.
  • Must not have any attendance and punctuality issues in the past 12 months.
  • Must have a successful or above rating in the last Enabling Performance cycle.
