About the role

We are seeking a talented Inventory Analyst to join the PTC Commercial Corporation team in our Tondo, Manila office. This full-time role will be responsible for analysing and optimising our inventory processes to drive efficiencies and cost savings across the business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and optimise stock levels
  2. Analyse sales data, inventory trends and forecasts to identify opportunities for improvement
  3. Collaborate with procurement, logistics and finance teams to develop and implement inventory management strategies
  4. Prepare detailed reports and recommendations to the leadership team on inventory performance and optimisation initiatives
  5. Support the implementation of new inventory management systems and technologies
  6. Identify and resolve inventory-related issues to minimise disruptions to operations

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting or a related field
  2. 1+ years of experience in an inventory analyst or supply chain role
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  4. Proficient in using inventory management software, ERP systems and data analysis tools
  5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  6. Understanding of manufacturing and logistics processes
  7. Knowledge of relevant inventory management and supply chain regulations
