Job Description

  • Inventory Monitoring & Analysis
  • Monitor inventory levels across all locations to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent overstocking or stock outs.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
  • Analyze inventory turnover rates, usage patterns, and aging stock to identify trends and inefficiencies.
  • Process Improvement & Optimization
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Recommend process changes to improve inventory handling, storage, and movement.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing inventory costs and increasing accuracy.
  • Systems & Tools Management
  • Utilize ERP, WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), and BI tools to manage and analyze inventory.
  • Support system upgrades or new tool implementations related to inventory management.
  • Train relevant stakeholders on inventory processes and system usage as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
  • Exposure in inventory management, analysis, and warehouse management
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
