Job Title

This is a mid-senior level full-time role in sales, distribution, and business development.

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and develop relationships with channel partners.
About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing partnerships with distributors, panel builders, OEMs, system integrators, and resellers.

  • You will also develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize market penetration, revenue growth, and market share within the low voltage segment.
  • Achieve ambitious sales targets through efficient planning and execution while ensuring timely collection of accounts receivables.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and potential threats, providing valuable insights for the development of sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities

Channel Partner Management: Identify, onboard, and nurture partnerships with channel distributors, panel builders, OEMs, system integrators and resellers, ensuring their alignment with our company's vision and values.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize market penetration, revenue growth, and market share within the low voltage segment.

Sales Target Achievement: Achieve ambitious sales targets and consistently work towards achieving and exceeding them through efficient planning and execution while ensuring timely collection of accounts receivables.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and potential threats, providing valuable insights for the development of sales strategies.

Product Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional activities, product launches, and marketing campaigns targeted at channel partners and end customers.

Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions together with the marketing & technical teams for channel partners to enhance their product knowledge, technical expertise, and selling skills.

Relationship Building: Establish strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at channel partner organizations to drive loyalty and repeat business.

Sales Forecasting: Accurately forecast sales projections and provide timely reports and data analysis to the management team.

Customer Focus: Understand customer needs and provide excellent pre and post-sales support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Market Expansion: Identify untapped markets and explore opportunities for business expansion, channel partner acquisition, and strategic partnerships
