About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Engineer to join our dynamic team at PRIMEHOMES REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT INC.'. As an Electrical Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the electrical infrastructure and systems for our construction projects in Quezon City Metro Manila. This full-time position will allow you to contribute to the success of our developments and make a direct impact on the quality of our projects.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment on construction sites

  • Ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards

  • Collaborate with the construction team to coordinate electrical work and resolve any issues that may arise

  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports

  • Monitor the work of electrical subcontractors and technicians to ensure quality and timely completion

  • Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team as needed

  • Identify and implement cost-effective solutions to optimize the electrical systems

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Electrical Site Engineer in the Real Estate or Construction industry

  • Thorough understanding of electrical design, installation, and testing procedures

  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings, specifications, and codes

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Average communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

  • Familiarity with construction project management software and tools
