Process Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Process Improvement Specialist to join our fast-paced digital content and media services environment. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in evaluating, documenting, and improving operational processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement.

The Process Improvement Specialist will provide excellence by conducting audits of operational workflows to assess compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and best practices. They will analyze current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to optimize productivity and quality.

  1. Audit and Improve Operational Processes: Conduct thorough audits of operational workflows to assess compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
  2. Identify and Implement Process Improvements: Analyze current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to optimize productivity and quality.
  3. Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Develop and maintain documentation of SOPs to ensure consistency and accuracy in processes.
  4. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and track progress on corrective actions.
  5. Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Monitor KPIs and use data-driven insights to identify areas for process optimization.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have the following qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in process auditing, quality assurance, or business process improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and propose solutions.
  • Experience in digital content production, media services, or a similar fast-moving industry is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly.
  • Proficiency in audit methodologies, process mapping tools, and data analysis software.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
Work Hours and TimezoneThis is a full-time, remote role aligned with U.S. business hours. Flexibility may be required based on audit schedules and reporting deadlines.
