Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled business analyst to join our team at Umpisa Inc. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and experience in Agile methodologies.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain process flow diagrams, business cases, and user stories.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation.
  • Facilitate discussions between business and IT teams to ensure alignment of goals.

The successful candidate will have 1-3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role, and a strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies. Nice-to-have skills include experience with business intelligence tools and knowledge of API integrations and system workflows.

Requirements
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Developing and maintaining business process models, including BPMN and swimlane diagrams.
  • Creating and implementing efficient processes to drive business growth.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Providing expert-level guidance on Agile methodologies and business analysis best practices.
