About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analysis professional to play a key role in driving business growth and process improvement. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with clients and technical resources to identify business problems and develop analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Design and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Analyze complex data sets and create actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Leverage Agile methodologies to prioritize work, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to support business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong background in process improvement and change management.
  • A degree in Business, IT or any relevant field.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through process optimization and technology adoption.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment with a focus on Scrum methodology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to think critically and analytically with a strong problem-solving approach.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT or related field.
