Customer Engagement Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Client Journey: Partner with our internal teams to coordinate appointment setting and follow-up, ensuring a seamless client experience.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven sales experience in a call center environment is required.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective collaboration with our diverse team and stakeholders.
  • This is a remote position, so candidates must have a reliable laptop or PC, a high-quality headset, and high-speed internet with a backup connection in place to maintain productivity.
