
Business Growth Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Advocate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping customers align their business goals with our product capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Encourage customers to utilize new features that drive their business forward.
- Provide insight and relay customer feedback to internal teams.
- Evaluate churn and downsell risk for each customer and proactively address dissatisfaction or feature gaps.
- Develop plans that ensure customers are successfully adopting our platform aligned to their business needs.
- Conduct regular cadences and annual customer success reviews to ensure customers get the most value out of their investments.
- Prior experience with Contact Center technology is required.
- 3-5 yrs. direct and verifiable enterprise-level customer success experience for a SaaS company.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management.
- Proven experience building strong customer relationships with IT and business executive stakeholders.
- Experience leading meetings and regular cadences with customers.
- Strong skills in verbal and written communications, strategic planning, and project management.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.
