Job Summary

Premium Invention Inc. is rapidly expanding its customer base across multiple platforms, including Amazon, Walmart, BestBuy, and TikTok Shop.

We are seeking a skilled Retention Manager to design automated journeys that keep customers engaged, build programs that turn VIPs into brand advocates, and create a retention engine that maximizes lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing lifecycle marketing campaigns to drive customer loyalty
  • Building and managing email, SMS, and loyalty programs
  • Creating data-driven strategies to surprise and delight customers
