Lead Team Professional

We are seeking a skilled Lead Team Professional to oversee the daily management of our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a point of escalation for issues outside their authority and work closely with the Client Experience Manager and People Manager to identify growth and development opportunities for team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Oversees the day-to-day management of the team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication among team members.
  • Growth and Development: Identifies growth and development opportunities for team members, providing coaching and guidance to help them reach their full potential.
  • People Issues: Monitors attendance and punctuality, and escalates any people-related issues to the HR department for proper disciplinary action.
Performance Quality Management
  • Monitor and assess team members' performance, providing timely feedback through regular coaching and weekly/monthly performance reviews.
  • Ensure team members are properly trained and working consistently to meet client needs.
  • Meet KPI targets: Ensure the team meets company and client-specific Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.
Logistics
  • Equipment and Supplies: Ensure team members' and equipment needs are met to sustain service levels.
  • Technology Recommendations: Recommend relevant alternatives to existing products or tools used by the company.
Internal Coordination
  • Training and Career Development: Work with the People Development Manager to recommend training plans for team members and assist in making career recommendations.
  • Issue Resolution: Relay consistent issues to the Service Delivery Manager in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Culture Building: Help build culture by embracing core values and promoting what it means to be a Boldr leader.
  • Advisory Support: Guide advisors and analysts to foster growth, best practices, and optimal morale.
External Communications
  • Client Relationships: Be familiar with key clients, unique requirements, and operating processes.
  • Policy Implementation: Implement policies related to client products.
  • Customer Support: Contribute to ongoing customer support and success process development.
  • Mastery of Offerings: Demonstrate mastery of the company and client offerings.
  • Complex Requests: Investigate and resolve complex client requests or complaints involving multiple departments or teams.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Three years of supervisory experience in a related field, preferably with email and chat support.
  • Skills: Intermediate knowledge of CRM systems, cloud-based applications, MS Office applications, presentation software, and data science/machine learning.
