Job Opportunity

A senior architect position is available for an experienced professional who can provide technical leadership and guide staff architects on various projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.

The successful candidate will supervise project teams, collaborate with the project architect, and ensure consistent quality design across all projects. Key responsibilities include identifying emerging markets, writing proposals, programming space needs, preparing contract documents, and coordinating with consultants.

The ideal candidate will possess a professional degree in architecture, architectural licensure, and at least 10 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Revit and additional skills in SketchUp, Photoshop, and related software are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify emerging markets and understand client needs.
  • Write proposals to define tasks, timelines, fees, and project requirements.
  • Program space needs and conduct zoning and code reviews.
  • Prepare contract documents and lead quality control.
  • Coordinate with consultants and maintain effective communication with clients and staff.
Requirements
  • Professional degree in Architecture.
  • Architectural Licensure (U.S. preferred).
  • At least 10 years of relevant architectural experience.
  • Proven leadership in technical design and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Revit; additional skills in SketchUp, Photoshop, and related software a plus.
Work Arrangements
  • Remote position.
  • 20 hours per week.
  • Flexible work window: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CST.
