Customer Success Specialist

This is a core member of our customer success team, responsible for leading new client onboarding for mid/large-sized clients during their first 60-90 days.

As a specialist in payroll and implementation, you will drive adoption of our software by defining and maintaining the implementation program for small to medium clients.

  • Own the implementation process end-to-end for assigned accounts, including training and technical requirements.
  • Set accurate expectations with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate regularly with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers regarding client progress.
  • Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed.

Working closely with our customers, you will design programs that meet their needs and deliver user training. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are required.

Key Requirements

3+ years of customer-facing implementation experience in SaaS companies or HR/payroll capacity.

Payroll experience in US payroll implementation or management.

Basic spreadsheet/database skills and ability to quickly learn more.
