NetSuite Project Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated NetSuite Project Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality, end-to-end NetSuite implementation and optimization projects for diverse US-based clients.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions to understand client business requirements and translate them into NetSuite solutions.
  • Lead and manage multiple NetSuite projects concurrently, from initiation to closure.
  • Oversee the entire NetSuite implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live.
  • Facilitate and lead project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and stakeholder reviews.
  • Manage project resources, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance to the project team.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, methodologies, and quality standards.
  • Manage change requests and scope variations effectively.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between our team and the client, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and challenges clearly and proactively to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Address client concerns and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Provide expert guidance and recommendations on NetSuite best practices and solutions to clients.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager leading NetSuite implementations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing at least 3 full lifecycle NetSuite implementations.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite modules and functionalities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
  • NetSuite Administrator or Consultant certification is a significant advantage.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field and proficiency in project management software.
