Job Description

Our organization is seeking a talented Customer Success Manager to champion customer needs and drive success. As the primary point of contact, you will share deep product knowledge, provide innovative solutions, build relationships, and foster a collaborative environment.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers get the most out of our platform. This includes aligning customer business goals with current and future product capabilities, encouraging customers to utilize new features, providing insight and relay customer feedback to internal teams, and evaluating churn and downsell risk.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience with Contact Center technology is required.
  • 3-5 years direct enterprise-level customer success experience for a SaaS company.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Customer Success, Consulting or Account Management.
  • Proven experience building strong customer relationships with IT and business executive stakeholders.
  • Strong skills in verbal and written communications, strategic planning, and project management.
