We are seeking a highly skilled B2B Customer Success Expert to join our growing team. This role involves partnering with leading technology brands to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
As a Customer Success Expert, you will be responsible for:
- Managing high-volume customer interactions via phone and email
- Conducting thorough customer health checks and capturing the Voice of the Customer
- Building in-depth product knowledge to address customer questions, objections, and concerns
- Collaborating with global teams to provide superior customer service
- Documenting customer feedback and tracking satisfaction metrics
The ideal candidate will possess:
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Success roles
- Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Proven ability to onboard new clients or product users through demos and presentations
- Experience in client management, conducting health checks, and client business reviews
- Prior success in achieving individual and/or team sales quotas/goals
- Preference given to candidates with experience in retention/renewals motion
