- Support the development and implementation of business strategies, including practice development and marketing activities.
- Assist the HR team in conducting interviews and recruitment processes.
- Perform tasks such as quote approval, journal entry preparation, revenue simulations, and financial analysis to ensure accurate reporting.
- Embody organizational values, challenging yourself to make an impact that matters and drive results-oriented initiatives.
- Align your performance with stakeholder objectives, set personal priorities, and develop yourself through opportunities for growth and knowledge sharing.

- Bachelor's degree in accountancy or equivalent field.
- At least 4 years of tax, accounting, and/or payroll-related work experience, preferably in a professional services firm.
- Certifications like Certified Public Accountant are highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills, ability to interact with various stakeholders, and focus on solving complex problems.
- Strategic thinking, business acumen, and leadership skills to drive business growth and success.
