  • Manage product listings across various platforms, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate new product launches, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and seamless execution.
  • Develop and maintain content blocks and banners on the homepage, landing pages, and other key areas, aligned with our brand's visual identity.
  • Support the creation and scheduling of email campaigns, working closely with marketing teams to optimize results.
  • Assist in the build and scheduling of digital marketing activities, including meta audience creation and Google Ads setup.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required to support the team's goals.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce coordination, merchandising, or similar roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify and related integrations is essential.
  • Familiarity with Shopify apps and tools, such as product review management and upsell features.
